Send us your name, a number, and a line about what you need. A person from the shop reads it and gets back to you — usually within one business day.

Name, a number, and a line about the part is plenty to start.
We use your details to answer your enquiry — nothing else, and we never sell them.
Common questions.
Is there a minimum order?
No hard minimum. We quote small runs and standing schedules alike — though the cost per part drops sharply once the quantity is real, which is where molded production beats additive.
How fast can you turn a quote?
Most quotes go back within one business day. If a line is down or a shipment is at risk, call the shop and we will move it to the front of the queue.
Can you work from a sample instead of a print?
Often, yes. A physical sample or a clear photo with a scale reference is usually enough to start. If we need a dimension, we will ask for that one dimension rather than a full drawing package.
What can you mark on a date tag?
Month, year, shift, cavity, heat code, part number — alone or combined. If your quality system reads it, we can mark it.
Can you transfer tooling from another shop?
Yes. Design, prototype, tooling, and production all happen here in Plymouth, so nobody is coordinating between three vendors.
